Description: Four, white, heart-shaped petals make 2 1/2 - 4" flowers look like open parachutes. Delightfully fragrant flowers open rapidly in late afternoon and usually close before noon, depending on the strength of sunlight. The Rocky Mountain native flowers from early May to August. Fleshy, branching, deep root makes it drought tolerant.
